A BITA program sponsor has the benefit of brand visibility, industry perception, business relationships, community goodwill and the invaluable return on investment of teaching students about the homebuilding industry. Sponsors can volunteer in the classroom, deliver guest-presentations, provide site fieldtrips, offer job shadowing, apprenticeships or create your own engagement style.

BITA's mission is to provide a trained entry-level, high school graduate workforce to meet industry demand, offset worker retirement, and avoid labor shortages.

Construction Industry Research Board (CIRB)

Consider Sponsoring the CIRB College Internship Program

CIRB’s College Internship Program is committed to the success of students through academia and hands-on experience internships. Internships provide student analysts a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work knowledge and an understanding of the data collection process. Analysts gather data using specialized tools to generate construction permit information for monthly CIRB reporting, while providing Interns an opportunity for career exploration in the building industry.
