John Norman is the Vice President of Brookfield Properties Development, Sacramento. He joined the Brookfield San Diego team in 2001 and has led the Sacramento regional office since 2004, where he is responsible for land entitlement and development in the six-county Sacramento region. Norman has 42 years of combined consulting and homebuilding experience in implementing master-planned communities, infill, and mid-rise mixed-use projects. He has served as Chair of the North State Building Industry Association (NSBIA), HomeAid Sacramento Board Member, Roseville Community Development Corporation Secretary/Treasurer and Placer County SPCA Board Member. Norman has engaged in several leadership positions for the California Building Industry Association (CBIA). He currently serves as Chair of the Board, CBIA PAC Board Member, and previously served as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
