The Workforce Diversity Mixer is a one-hour networking reception raising awareness of the Donald Chaiken Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA) and Professional Women in Building scholarship program. After the reception we invite you to join the California Building Industry Association annual leadership dinner where we recognize the Legislator of the Year.
