Wendell C. Brock along with his brothers, Milton I. Brock, and Carroll E. Brock, followed in the footsteps of their father, Milton I. Brock, Sr. Together, they built M. I. Brock & Sons, Inc. into one of the most respected home development firms in the state. The company, whose headquarters are in Los Angeles, builds extensively in that area. It is also the largest builder of single-family homes in Sacramento, having constructed more than 15,000 houses to date.
Wendell was a Past President of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and a Board member of the National Association of Home Builders.
Wendell C. Brock, who passed away at the age of 50 in 1967, was Vice President of M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc. for 14 years, supervising sales in Southern California and then serving as Division Manager in Sacramento.
