Lifescapes International

Julie, celebrating her 25 years with Lifescapes International, has been with the firm since January 1982 and is responsible for sales, marketing, financial management and strategic planning. She is also a seasoned author and speaker on design and marketing related topics for the real estate industry (residential, commercial and entertainment). She was also responsible for creating the concept direction for a residential project, The Monet Collection, which won local, regional, and national awards from MIRM, MAME (NAHB) in 1990.

Julie is also involved on the advisory board for G2E Institute and G2E Expo,(casino industry), served on the Building Industry Orange County Region for 17 years (Community Involvement, Programs and Executive Committee) is active at The Urban Land Institute (serving on the Entertainment Council, Residential Council and Membership Committee), Member for 15 years with Vistage (a business advisory company) and serves on its Member Advisory Board, serves on several editorial boards, is a Trustee for the California Building Industry Foundation, a board member of the Partners Circle at Cal Poly Pomona and is a Co-Founder of HomeAid (a national nonprofit organization with 22 chapters providing housing for the temporarily homeless).
